Getting Started with SL Colonies: Player Registration Tutorial

Welcome to SL Colonies, your entry into an immersive RPG adventure within Second Life. Follow these simplified steps to register and start your journey in survival, crafting, farming, and community building.

 

Step 1: Visit the SL Colonies Main Store

  1. Find the Store: Use the area search in Second Life to search for “SL Colonies” and teleport to the SL Colonies Emporium. Or click here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Noru/52/95/3901

 

Step 2: Get Your HUD and Meter

  1. Click the Dispenser: At the store, find and click the HUD and meter dispenser. You’ll receive a few links and an object in your inventory.

 

Step 3: Register on the Website

  1. Follow the Registration Link: Among the links received, click the one leading to the meter website to register your player key.
  2. Enter Details: Provide your email, choose your gender, and select your race. Each race has unique attributes affecting gameplay.
  3. Complete Registration: Fill in the required fields and register.

 

Step 4: Set Up Your Password

  1. Email Verification: Check your email for a password reset link.
  2. Create Password: Use the link to set up a new password for your account.

 

Step 5: Activate Your HUD and Meter

  1. Unpack Your Box: Open the box you received to access the HUD and meter.
  2. Attach to Avatar: Follow the instructions to attach the HUD and meter to your avatar.

 

Step 6: Start Your Adventure

  1. Explore SL Colonies: With registration complete, you’re ready to explore, craft, and build your story in SL Colonies.
