How to Join SL Colonies
New to Second Life?
If you are completely new to Second Life, you will need to create an avatar and get a basic understanding of how Second Life works prior to joining SL Colonies.
To the left, we have included an official tutorial video from Second Life that will show you how to create an avatar, and how to move around.
Once you have created your avatar, you may need to learn more about getting around in Second Life and customising your experience. There is a great playlist available here:

Register an Account
Obtaining the HUD & Meter
To play SL Colonies, you will first need to register an account with our website, as well as obtain our HUD & Meter.
You can do this by visiting our store at the SL Colonies Emporium and clicking on the HUD & Meter dispenser.
